I’m a Registered and Licensed Dietitian who is enthusiastic about nutrition specializing in eating disorders & sports nutrition. I am passionate about helping individuals and athletes achieve their personal nutrition goals. I have a great interest in working with individuals to help them learn about nutrition, practice proper fueling and develop a healthy relationship with food. So many people have personal health and performance goals but it is impossible to reach them without proper nutrition. I will provide you with practical, evidence based information to help you take your nutrition to the next level.

I specialize in sports nutrition, weight management, disordered eating, and food allergies. I have worked with individuals who participate in swimming, running, triathlon, cycling, football, volleyball, weight lifting, crossfit, soccer, track, etc. I also have experience with anorexia, bulimia  binge eating disorder, bariatric surgery, and food sensitivities. I have experience in treating food sensitivities which may manifest in a variety of inflammatory processes including, but not limited to migraines, IBS, IBD, fibromyalgia, and arthritis.

I believe in helping people establish a balanced lifestyle through real food, exercise, and leading by example. I focus on simple nutrition, practical tips and breaking down research so that it can be implemented into any way of life. I believe in a healthy relationship with food, nutrition and exercise. I do nutrition and wellness appointments via Skype, phone, or in person where I take a “big picture” approach by looking at your entire health history, existing medical conditions, medications, and weight and diet history to determine the best plan for you. I will teach you how to eat to support your body, your lifestyle and your preferences.

I am a former NCAA Div 1 swimmer, but now I mainly keep active by competing in triathlons, swimming and marathons. I love to stay active, and try to practice what I preach by living an all-around healthy and balanced life.
